Why does custom boat flooring cost more than raw flooring material?
Because a finished synthetic-teak deck may involve removal, preparation, measurement, design, fabrication, adhesive, hatches, transitions and installation in addition to the decking material itself.
Can I do only the swim platform?
Often, yes. A focused platform upgrade can be a practical starting point when transitions and adjacent flooring allow the new area to feel intentional.
Do you have to replace all of the flooring?
